Fabian Eckerl is the new Head of Sales Central Europe at Bazaarvoice. Eckerl has been on board with the provider of solutions for product reviews and user-generated content (UGC) since the beginning of the month.
Eckerl is to manage and expand the sales business in the DACH region, the Benelux countries and Eastern Europe. One focus will be “on the backbone of the German economy, the medium-sized companies”, it says in a press release.
After various positions at Vodafone and Telefónica, Fabian Eckerl worked for Salesforce in various national and international sales functions for the past seven years. Among other things, he was involved in setting up the sales team for automation solutions in marketing in Switzerland and most recently headed a sales team for southern Germany.
